A useful report contains
- The IP address, URL or hostname involved.
- Date and time with time zone.
- What happened, with logs, headers or other evidence as plain text.
- How we can reach you if we have questions.
What happens next
We check the report, identify the customer and forward it with a deadline to respond. Urgent cases such as active attacks, phishing or child sexual abuse material are acted on immediately. The full process is described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
