This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines how our network and services may be used. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all customers and their end users.

1. Purpose

We provide unmetered network capacity. In return we expect that our network is not used to harm others. This policy describes what is prohibited, how we handle complaints, and what happens in the event of violations.

2. Prohibited use

The following is prohibited:

  • Storing, distributing or making accessible illegal content.
  • Child sexual abuse material of any kind.
  • Sending spam or bulk email without the recipients' consent.
  • Phishing and fraudulent websites.
  • Distribution of malware and operation of botnet command-and-control infrastructure.
  • DDoS attacks and other attacks against third-party systems.
  • Unsolicited port scanning and brute-force attacks.
  • Unauthorised access to third-party systems or data.
  • IP or ARP spoofing, route hijacking and announcing address space without authorisation.
  • Operating open relays or resolvers that are used for amplification attacks.
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights.

3. VPN, proxy and relay services

VPN, proxy and relay services are permitted. Tor exit nodes require our prior written agreement.

As an operator you are responsible for the use of your service by your users. You must maintain a monitored abuse contact, keep your company and contact data up to date, and respond to forwarded complaints.

4. Handling of complaints

We review incoming reports and forward them to your abuse contact with a reference number and a response window of 24 hours [draft value].

You tell us which measures you have taken or why the report does not apply. If there is no response, or if violations recur, we escalate in accordance with section 7.

5. Urgent cases

In the case of active attacks originating from your service, phishing, malware distribution, child sexual abuse material or orders from authorities, we may take immediate measures without prior notice. Where technically possible, we limit them to the affected IP address or service and inform you without delay.

6. IP addresses

Additional IPv4 addresses are assigned on the basis of a justification in accordance with RIPE NCC policy. Reverse DNS entries must not be misleading. You may not announce our address space via other networks. A geofeed (RFC 8805) is available on request.

7. Consequences of violations

Depending on the severity and repetition of the violation we may: issue a warning, null-route the affected IP address, suspend the service, or terminate the contract for good cause. We may charge a handling fee for repeated complaints [amount to be defined].

8. Reporting abuse

Report abuse from our network to abuse@nutraver.com or via the abuse form on our website. Reports concerning child sexual abuse material can be submitted without name or email address.
