-
Extra IPv4 per server
Up to 16 additional addresses per dedicated server with a short RIPE justification.
-
rDNS and geofeed
Reverse DNS for every address and an RFC 8805 geofeed on request.
-

Planning five or more servers? Send an application and we reply with an offer.
What we ask from you
- 01A registered business or an identifiable operator with a website.
- 02A monitored abuse contact (email) that answers forwarded complaints.
- 03Responses to forwarded complaints within the window set in the AUP.
- 04Accurate company and billing details, kept up to date.
How abuse complaints are handled
-
01
Report received
A complaint reaches abuse@ or our web form. We check that it is complete and concerns one of your addresses.
-
02
Forwarded to you
We forward it to your abuse contact with the reference number and the response window.
-
03
You respond
You tell us what you did: blocked a port, removed a user, or why the report does not apply.
-
04
Escalation only if needed
Only if there is no response, or for illegal content and active attacks, may we restrict the affected address as described in the AUP.
DraftThis process is part of the Acceptable Use Policy draft and becomes binding with the final terms.
